Since its launch in 2018, our Redemption Points Program has aimed to provide our loyal customers with greater value and benefits through a generous redemption offer on frames and lenses. However, despite our best efforts, we can no longer ensure this program remains viable in the long term. It is with deep regret that we announce the termination of our Redemption Points Program on 30^th September 2024.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your loyalty over the years. While we are sad to announce the end of our Redemption Points Program, it will ensure we can continue providing you with the highest standard of service in eye care and eyewear.

Any orders placed on or prior to 30^th September 2024 can accrue Redemption Points, which will have the standard 12-month usage expiry. Redemption points, including birthday points, will not be issued after 30^th September 2024.
