General warranty periods:

• Prescriptions - 3 months from date of dispatch and within 12 months from latest eye test by our optometrists
• Frame and lenses - 12 months Manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase
• Soft/hard permanent contact lenses - 3 months unlimited exchange warranty from date of dispatch
