Prescriptions for contact lenses have 3 months warranty from date of dispatch and within 12 months from latest eye test done by our optometrist.

Note: there is no warranty for loss of lenses, for torn disposable lenses, for change of colour of lenses after removal from the vial, or for bonus contact lenses.


Soft/Hard Permanent Contact Lenses

We provide a 3-month unlimited exchange warranty from the date of dispatch if:

• you have had an alteration of parameters (curvature, size or thickness)
• a contact lens is torn or damaged
• there is a need to change the contract lens material or design (should the design require a contact lens of a higher price, you need to pay the difference in price)

Disposable Contact Lenses

Disposable contact lenses can only be exchanged if unopened and as an unmarked full box.
