Warranty on the Quality of Optical Frames and Lenses

We offer a 12-month warranty on faulty parts and dry soldering for frames and faulty coating (‘glazing’) for lenses.

Please contact your nearest Eye Trend store if you have any problem with your frame and lens.


Optical Lenses

All prescriptions for lenses by our optometrists have 3 months warranty from the date of dispatch and within 12 months from the date of latest eye test by our optometrists.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a warranty on prescriptions that are not tested by our optometrists.
