- Eye Trend Online will grant exchanges or refund for products that have been damaged during shipment
- If you receive and incorrect lens order, you may get a refund or exchange. Please contact Eye Trend by email or call us at 03-9018 9744 if you wish to exchange or return the contact lenses
- Please contact Eye Trend customer service before returning items. Please have the following information available if you would like a refund or exchange: name, order number, the product you would like to return or exchange and the reason.
- Please let us know if you have any problem with any lens purchased from us. Eye Trend Online will replace your lens if the manufacturer determines that your lens is defective.
- Eye Trend will only accept disposable contact lenses for exchange if they are in a re-saleable condition, i.e. unopened and unmarked full boxes
- If you are returning items, please package your item carefully to ensure they are not damaged in shipment as we cannot issue credit for items damaged in transit to our office. We recommend you ship items using trackable carriers (such as AusPost, UPS, FedEx or DHL) to ensure safe delivery as we are unable to issue credit for packages lost in transit to our office.
